  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified via email if there are any significant delays.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure fast and secure delivery. Estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Within West Bengal: 2–4 business days

  • Other parts of India: 4–7 business days

  • Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or regional lockdowns.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.


Delivery Address

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged or Lost Packages

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we can reship it after re-confirmation. Additional shipping charges may apply.
